I went a different route in the SD, but I had one in my old Yukon and it was great.

I just can't get over the long, bowed looking, brace to the front defrost vent. In every photo it does not lay flat, which is how it is designed to work when the phone puts pressure on it. I'm sure it works fine, but aesthetically, it is one of their oddest mounts.

I have this one in my F150 and plan to use it in the F250. I have really been pleased with it. If you don't have a CD player, there is an air conditioning vent clip option but here in Florida I didn't want to block the AC.

I have one in my Lariat and love it, very sturdy. Like it so much I purchased one for my wife and three kids vehicles.
Everyone who rides in my truck asks about it and most of them have purchased a ProClip for themselves.
You will not notice the long support arm.
