i have a 2017 f350 6.7 diesel. Just recently every time I turn the truck off my radio channel resets from my Sirius channel to an FM rap channel. I can’t find a setting to fix this. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Sure. Change it to a Classic Rock FM channel ...
Known issue. I/we expect a future Sync update to address it.
Before you turn off your key, reach over and turn off your radio. The next time you start your truck and select “audio “ it’ll be on whatever you had it set at when you turned it off.

^^^^ --- I wish this was true. No matter how I turn off the radio, truck, etc - upon start-up I get an FM channel that I never listen to at high volume. Really annoying - didn't do this when I purchased the truck (2017 F-250 Platinum). Sync updates are when the problem started. Sure seems like something that could be fixed.

I had the same issue after updating my sync. The way I resolved it was by doing a reset. Deleting and adding my phone again. Since doing that the issue went away and now when I turn my truck back on it returns to Where I had it set. The only issue I have is that it always goes to the home screen instead media or climate.
