I'm not removing it. The vendor needs an opportunity to reply here with his side of the story. I have contacted him this morning and given him that opportunity. You said some pretty damning things in a public forum so you ought to stand up to the response as well.

I am doing this for others make sure they won't get hurt.

I've never got ripped on ebay, but I got close to it once. TOok the guy 2 months to send.
But keep wiht it, do as the guys/girls here have suggested
and hopefully you'll get your money back

I am pretty sure that I remember reading something about paypal and them returning money if the merchandise was never recieved. Something to the effect of the gut got in touch with paypal and 0told them he never got his crap, and after following the correct procedures, paypal refunded the money from the sellers acct because he had no proof that the stuff was ever sent. I believe he had to have a tracking number that could be tracked online and some other stuff. Couldn't hurt to check into it. Hope that helps.
