Do you know anything about <!-- “Fomoco Obsolete”? -->
I ordered two tire cores for space saver, air canister, misc. etc, from <!-- Allen Cross -->? (the name probably does not exist), and I got ripped off.
I lost $850 for nothing.
Never got the merchandise I paid for……
I asked for tracking number from Allen. He never returned my e-mail requests nor phone calls. He is a criminal. What is he thinking of?
I am forced to file for business fraud through better business bureau.
What other choices do I have?
I want others to know so they won’t get hurt financially like me.
Thanks <!-- Allen --> for nothing. If you are man enough to stand for your responsibility, correct your mistake.
Did you send the payment through the mail or better yet, use a postal money order? If so, you may be able to file a complaint with the post office for mail fraud. You think the FBI always gets their man....

My brother got burned on Ebay a while back and the guy that stiffed him is now in prison.

I will try to follow your suggestion.
Better Business Bureau in state of PA supposed be looking at this matter. If I don't get any result, I will go to the attorney of general.
thank you!

Contact the A.G., or the police in his jurisdiction and file criminal charges.
94van is right. Did you check with the BBB before buying. Most people don't, including me. Usually you report someone after you've been had and then it's too late.
I have been down this road on a much smaller scale (got burned for $70 on EBay).
Did you use a credit card???? I did and that was insturmental in getting my money back. If you used a credit card, you do not owe until the goods are recieved. If you never got the stuff, you don't have to pay. If material went through US mail, then report him for mail fraud. (mine did, and I did) Have you contacted PayPal to see if they can offer any assistance? Contact the local police dept. and/or sheriff's dept where he lives and find out what you have to do to press charges and sware out a warrant. Go to you local police dept. and file a police report for Fraud (in my case it was theft by deception). Contact his state's Attorney General.
Send him a certifed letter w/ proof of delivery and ASSURE him you will NOT quit until you get your money back, then DON"T QUIT.
In my case I let the guy who hoodwinked me that I would NOT give in and forget about it.
For what it's worth, I'd never buy stuff in this manner and NOT use a credit card.
Please let us know how it turns out.
The BBB and PayPal are mostly useless. If you read the fine print on PayPal there is little chance that they will do anything. I don't use PayPal anymore. I use the US Postal Service EPay system: http://www.usps.com/money/welcome.htm
They seem to be reliable and straight forward with no smoke and mirrors.
I've bought parts from <!-- Allen --> and they were good parts, as was the service. You've flamed him here and on his own site and there has to be more to the story. If I were him, I'd refund your money and tell you to go find your parts elsewhere. He is an honest man who is running a free website and trying to sell a few parts to support the website and himself. You need to try to resolve this somewhere besides on a public forum. I would be interested to know the timeline of this transaction. As I said, there's got to be more to this story.......

Contact them and give them the opportunity to do so here.
go ahead and take this post out.
I got overwhelming responds and support, my understanding at this time and I am hearing from one source, I am getting what I ordered. See what happens next!
thanks for your help too.
