I've got the Ford aluminum one and I'm happy. Oil hasn't dripped out onto the stamped concrete in almost a full year. A good full year.
The DRW Ford aluminum one they offered briefly is like hens teeth and valued higher than gold so Banks' would be an option but my steely one rust free so it stays.
Sad sad story. Almost a full year. I don't know how you can do it but I guess I'm still a little more fast pace and just need ol blue everyday.
Can't wait for the day it's done. We'll have to meet up for coffee. But by then I might be in a 2015. (wishful thinking on my part)

Does that mean I need to put a lock on it 😁
I bought and fitted one a few years back and Ford wanted $3-4 per bolt. eBay had them for a fraction of that.
Still running my Mag. I do have a thermocouple plugging into it too. The only times I can get the temp to come up off the bottom of the gauge is when I'm towing ! Not towing it stays at or below 140F, towing after a good number of hours it MIGHT get to 180 in July/August . I'm not too worried about my rear end . Do notice it's a 2005 6.0.
