Diff Cover on.
Changed to the new style aluminum diff cover from Ford on Saturday. Used 5/16 x 1-1/4" stainless bolts. Looks great!
I highly recommend this cover to anyone with a diff fluid change due (or if you just want to dress up your punkin'!)
Royal Purple synth fluid used on refill.
Noticed very little debtis on the magnetic fill plug and no noticeable wear on the gear surfaces when I cleaned it out.
I'll tell you what, I'd take this cover over a $200 aftermarket cover any day.
