Hello this seems to be very tricky for everyone around my area. My mechanic told me my excursion has a spacer on the front Springs about 2 inches. I can't find any front shocks that fit it. I called truck shops and they said they only have stock lengths nothing for a 2 inch.
Thanks for the link. Also the dimensions for the stock are 10.125 compressed and 15 extended. My coworker looked up a 05 f-250 4x4 and it’s 13 compressed and 20 extended would that work?
You don't have your signature filled out so we have no clue if you are a 2-wheel drive rig or a 4-wheel drive rig and that makes a whole world of difference.
If you are 2-wheel, can you take a picture of the front spacer? Also check to see if you have camber/caster adjustable bushings installed. Usually if a spacer if used on a 2-wheel drive rig, the bushing need to be installed for alignment purposes, and most times some of the metal on the knuckle needs to be clearanced in order for the bushing to properly adjust.

It is a 2WD I called Monroe directly and they didn't have anything that would fit it he also looked in rancho, nothing either. Then I called bilstein and they said nothing also they only had for stock or 4inch lift. And the shock for the f-250 was too long compressed so that didn't work.

Can you take a picture of this shiny thing? It looks like it might be the bushing.
Wow yeah that thread is pretty much the same problem. So what we are going to do is put shocks from a 1980 Bronco. Compressed 11.625 and extended is 18.275. The bottom mount is the same size but the stud on the top is thinner which is the only problem. My mechanic said it should hold up fine.
