Helped my young son get a truck. Needed a clutch (and so much more after we dug in.lol). While we were replacing the clutch I noticed a sensor plug zip tied out of the way that went to the sensor in the picture. The tabs were broken, so it wouldn't stay on. What is this sensor? Drivers side upper part of the transmission a little aft of the middle.
Side note- The speedometer works.
The truck is a 1994 Ford F150, mazda 5speed, 4x4, with 300 straight 6.
