It's pretty common and I seriously doubt a dealer would warranty the pads unless there's a caliper failure or some other catastrophic failure in the braking system.
Several breads talking about it here. It does get better with some more miles. I bed mine in at 3k and it helped some. I’m at 12k now and it’s still a decent bit more dust than my 13 F150 ever was, but it is a bigger truck. Chances of warranty are slim to none since they are functioning the way they are supposed to. Also, if you have adaptive cruise and use it a lot it seems to significantly increases brake dust.
