Short of changing brakes, is there any way to help keep the wheels, especially front's, cleaner? I cleaned mine not that long ago, maybe 1500 miles, and the are heavily coated again. These OEM brakes are horrible.
A pad swap is really the answer. It helps both with dust and personally feel the truck stops better when towing. Look up PowerStop Z36 pads, they are reasonably priced too.

You can apply wheel wax or paint sealant to your wheels. It provides basic protection and makes it a little easier to clean. It's not life-changing though. You can also use CarPro Hydr02 which is really easy to apply but it's only marginal help also.
