Headlights not working.

Headlights not working.
I got an 09 f150 and I got a weird problem with my headlights. Both low beam and high beams work when the truck is off but as soon as I start the engine they do not work at all. The fog lights work along with every other light I can possibly think to check. Unfortunately I know almost nothing about the electric system. Is there a simple place I should be looking at first to figure this out. I can't think of a reason they won't work only when the truck is on.

I checked the fuses and that seemed fine. II replaced the bulbs as well just because and that didn't do anything. I got this truck used a couple months ago. These seems to be extra wires every where and I'm not entirely sure what they are for. There is an electronic brake assist for a trailer and I believe some of these other wires were for a plow hookup but it's not a hook up I've ever seen before

I figured it out and feel like an idiot now. There was a switch that came out and was taped to the bottom of the steering wheel. Switch toggles between "truck" and "plow" I must of got it with my knee. Guessing it turns the truck lights off to use the plows when it hooked up.
