The other day, my left headlight stopped working and prompted me to start asking here for some good bulbs.
Anyway, I have silverstars in there now.
Well, a couple of days after it stopped working, it suddenly started working again.
To clarify, the low beam did not work but the high beam worked.
Then a couple of days after that, the right side started doing the same. No low beam but the high beam worked. Wires are not lose that I can feel.
Any idea what this could be? Someone suggested the high beam switch/arm was loose...
I sold LED lights for awhile and I have a *hitload of switches in my truck (2005 Excursion). Maybe the guy that installed them did something 'cause the four lights on the roof do NOT work any longer and I never did think that all four lights would be bad.
It would be rare I have to admit. But intermittent problems are hard to find sometimes. So since you were thinking about new bulbs, I thought you might start there as a process of elimination.
