Pricing on installed remote start

I am looking at adding a remote start on my 2018 XL F350. Ford dealer install has ranged from $450 to $695 for the same system. Anyone with what they paid or suggestion on a aftermarket product.

I ordered the factory remote start for my 2018 XLT 250 and it took literally less than 10 minutes to install and activate via Forscan. $150. The factory remote start is plug and play and you can use your factory remote (lock-unlock-lock to start). You can add optional long-range antennas and separate Fob's if desired for an additional cost.

Use 12 volt solutions and CALL them. Mention that you’re on the super duty forum and they’re offering a 50$ discount to all phone call orders!!!!! I called two weeks ago n found out. I love it. Took me legit 5 minutes to install n program. Works flawlessly!

I agree on the OEM Ford unit. See first post in this thread. I love mine.

There`s an owner in the F150 section of this forum that removed his Ford RSS system for an aftermarket one and he`s letting it go for cheap.

I bought a similar model to the 12volt solutions, I would have went with the 12volt solutions but found essentially the same exact module for $50 cheaper and it included the high idle module as well. I did have a programming issue with the module but the seller was responsive and I am just waiting for them to send back the fixed module. Install itself was pretty simple. The hardest part was the tight OBD clips.
