The gates can very by 1/4" easy the same with box openings. Pieces stamped pretty much the same but as long as alignment holes close they were spotted together. I have prob 7 boxes here they all measure different.
Another HUGE variance is on the cab as far as door openings. Prob 3/8" plus from largest to smallest openings. Vary from top to bottom too. Same with doors, they all do not measure the same.
