I threw my 2 frozen gallon jugs of water in the fridge last night and turned it on before I went to bed. I went and checked on it this morning as I was leaving for work and the temps were perfect. Both of the jugs were still frozen so it cooled down pretty quickly. The extended beach forecast says 60% chance of rain Thursday but Friday and Saturday are very low near 20%. More packing stuff tonight!

Glad the fridge is working good. There is a big debate about fridge on propane while driving some think it a safety hazard other see no problem. Yes turn it off when fueling. To save time on packing for the next trip leave sheets towels, dishes, pot and pans, non perisable food (rotate) basicly everything except perisable stuff and possible clothes .

We have a complete set of dishes, sheets, towels, etc for the motorhome but the wife wants to wash everything before we leave because she wants everything to be fresh and clean. Our clothes are getting put in there tonight. Still have to wash the dishes tonight and might put the scooter on the rack. Tomorrow is fill the big cooler full of ice, hook the Hummer to the motorhome, put in the aux brake. Load the food and double check to make sure we have everything we need. Thursday I want to be able to crank up the motorhome and roll.

The weather is always crazy this time of year, at least we are not fleeing a hurricane. I remember this time last year sweating it out as there seemed to be hurricanes everywhere and we were getting ready to go to Disney World. The weather is looking good for our trip so I am pleased about that. Loaded some clothes and food up last night. I filled my big cooler with ice at work this morning so things are progressing but it will be a busy afternoon for sure.

Pretty sure we are going now. After we spent all afternoon getting everything loaded, Hummer attached to the motorhome, scooter on the rack and then the mom in-law calls at 5 PM and basically is freaking out. Her daughter from south Georgia got her all upset about the hurricane and says she does not want to come to our house. My wife freaks and hangs up on her as we have been going wide open getting everything done so we could leave first thing in the morning. Our chance of getting anything from the hurricane other than a small amount of wind and maybe a little rain is slim.

There are days I don't feel like doing anything either.
The mom in-law just showed up at the house after we figured she had backed out on us, SO it looks like we are still back on for leaving in the morning. Trying to pull out around 8 AM and not going to push it.
