I am not familiar with AE. Is AE what you are using to read the sensors?

SOUS this is what I pulled up online for the BARO sensor, makes sense to why my truck runs hot. I live in bristol CT which has an elevation of like 150ft.

Read further into the BARO sensor and it’s apart of the PCM? That doesn’t sound good, anyone have any idea what to do?

Think your BARO parameter is off by 1/10, hence the 148psi

Just replaced the Exhaust back pressure sensor, tube, fitting and mount. Still high egts but EBP and MAP are 40 thousandths from eachother, they were 600 thousandths apart before. So I guess it helped a little. Gonna take apart my up pipes again and put come copper gasket spray on it and see what happens. If my tick is still there guess I’m gonna replace my manifold (passenger side)😒

I can hit 700 degrees in 2nd gear, I go onto an on ramp and I get to 1200 before I hit 75. Never acted like this before. Turbo is laggy all of a sudden.

Have you checked the exducer wheel on the turbo? Broken fins or melted ones can cause what you are having here's a pic of one i took out a while back. Might not be your problem but worth checking.
But first fix the exhaust leak/intake leak, you would be surprised how a very small leak can affect your EGT's

Took the turbo out, shaft has no play, exhaust side isn’t leaking, exhaust blades look brand new, cleaned the wastegate flapper, tightened my wastegate down all the way, baby’s butt isn’t leaking, up pipes connecting to th baby’s butt aren’t leaking. I now know my exhaust leak is on the passenger side of my truck. Any way I can test for exhaust leaks? Can’t see any visibly but I know ones there. Truck runs great aside from the lack of power. All injectors are firing.
When driving home from work today I accidentally blew an intercooler boot, for some reason after it broke the truck didn’t spot as much????
Guess I’m just gonna throw my turbo back in and hope for the best? Unless someone else has any other advice.

That intercooler boot might have been leaking before it finally let go. Pay close attention to all of them and see if you find anything.

Yeah it’s usually that one that breaks loose. Brand new clamp and boots. This time I’ve tightened it as much as I can.

This would be my number 1 suspect as well. Especially since you just mentioned that it "usually breaks loose".

Keep us posted!
