Old Blue
Hi all. This is my Dad's '70 F100 Ranger with the old 360 for power. The two guys in the picture are working on my Eagle Scout project in the summer of '74. That great old truck hauled a lot of Scouts and Scouting gear from '70 to the early '80's. Sadly the truck is out of the family. It needed an overhaul and serious transmission work when my Dad dies in '87 and no one in the family could afford the work. It was the vehicle that instilled a love of Ford in me though. Loved the old two tone paint and especially in the shades of blue like ours was.
