Called the service manager. Before I could finish explaining the situation he asked I bring it in for a full interior/exterior/ undercarriage detailing. Was very apologetic. I’ll give them one more chance.
Thanks for the update. You obviously handled it the right way becuase they are handling this the right way. So far all services on my truck, have been with a cover over the seat, a floor mat, and they have been extremely tidy t the point it was hard to tell they had done anything. I mark my filters with a sharpie :-)

I agree that its nice for the service mgr to take responsibility and agree to do the right thing. Saying they will and actually doing so maybe two different things.
I would like to hear if they actually do a detail cleaning like they said.
you had me at dirty hand prints INSIDE the truck. I'd call that service manager and ream him until it was painful for him to sit down.
LOL, I totally agree here, plus the fact that they were using your tow hooks and bumper as a ladder to stand on! Go back to their lot and stand on there bumpers.....see what they say. And I would share this with Ford, have them do a follow up.
