Can't confirm Sync update?
I just updated from 2.3 to 3.0 (build 18903 showed up today, I had been waiting for a newer version before taking the 3.0 plunge).
After two attempts, I got it working.
But the steps where I am to report the update back to Ford via the website don't work. I keep uploading the xml file it wrote on the USB stick, and the website acts like it's getting it, but it never shows in my history and keeps telling me an update is available.
Anyone have any tips for how to get the confirmation to work?

No worries though because this is normal so be patient.
Also, if you have Automatic Updates turned on and you have your vehicle connected to your home network, it`ll report back to Ford automatically. Even though they say you have to use the USB to report back after the update, you really don`t.

Thanks - I checked this morning and it shows updated now. I haven't driven the truck since I made the update, so it must have taken through the website. The Ford Sync website does work awful on my computer - some times acts as if I'm not logged in - so there are some glitches there that they need to work out. This is probably another one. Thanks!
