Ford pass app

I went to open the Ford pass app and it said I needed to update. After I updated the app it no longer works. Anyone else having this issue?

Mine seems to be working just fine. I think I updated mine a couple of weeks ago.

Must've just been a glitch its working now and it actually shows the vehicle location unlike before the update.

Awesome. You just fell victim to the universal law of tech support. As soon as tech support shows up to fix your problem, everything works fine. Or in my old Air Force days; "CND". Can Not Duplicate.

Silly question but was the ford pass only available on 18+?
inhave a 17 and would be nice to have it

I had a 17 before my 19 and although I had the app with my 17 it didn't really serve much of a purpose that I recall.

I somehow pulled this screen up in the Ford app one time which gives you more controls but have not been able to figure out how to get it back.
Has anyone else seen this?
