Surging/Bucking While Idling

Surging/Bucking While Idling
Hello all. 2006 F-250 6.0 PSD. 241k miles.
I was on my way to work the other day, waiting at a red light. My truck suddenly bucked forward, and started to idle rough. The RPMS were going up and down. Anyways, when the light turned green, I took off and didn’t seem to lose any power. While driving normally, the truck drives just fine. It continues to do this at random times. Some days it doesn’t do it at all, some days it does it quite a bit.
Ive done some research and a lot of people are saying the ICP sensor is the culprit. I have a scanguage II, and all it says for ICP is “40 ICP” while at idle. I noticed when it starts bucking and surging, the ICP value goes down to about 38. I’m not sure what this value is or what it means.
Any help is is greatly appreciated.
