ICP? again

ICP? again
Well at around 88k miles my ICP took a crap, now at 124k im getting the same symptoms, rough idle, jumpy idle, and small surges at cruising speeds. Im thinking its my ICP, but could it be anything else? like some underlying problem

I unpluged it yesterday, only drove it a little after i did but it was fine. Havent driven the truck yet today. But no, i cannot monitor it
