Rough Idle
Through the past 12 mo. when I stop at red light, stop sign etc. my truck starts
to idle rough and rocks the truck. This has only happened 3 times during this 12 month period.
When this happens I put the truck in neutral and race the engine to no more than 2000 rpms for just a few seconds and it quits. I have never experienced this before with gas engines and this is my first diesel. What would be causing this?
I drive an '06 F250 6.0 CC FX4.
