Odd electrical problem

Odd electrical problem
Ok, I have this odd problem, the other day I had to lay on the horn for someone trying to cut me off. Anyways the horn stayed on and I had to pull the fuse to get it to quit.
Also unrelated I think I was driving with the cruise on and when I hit an expansion joint on the freeway the cruise turned off. I reset it and it happened again at the nest joint.
On last thing I am getting a DTC for the key on the ignition. I also have DTCS for the cruise ground faults.
Anyways, the question is where should I look to fix these problems, I am thinking somewhere in the steering column?
