I've been searching the threads looking to see if anyone had installed the aftermarket shoulder belts on a 73 f250. No too much out there. It seems to me that Id likely need to weld some reinforcements in pillar. Anybody with experience?
I did a post search last week on this site and did find some info that was helpful to me. I recommend you give it a longer try and you might be surprised. Hope this helps

Most of what i found are pre 73 with preexisting mounting holes
I don't know fellas, maybe mine ('73 F250 2wd XLT) is the oddball here but I just went out with a flashlight to scrutinize my pillars for mounting holes that may have been welded over even, and aside from the cargo light switch being high up on the drivers side pillar there's nothing else on either pillar, and definitely no signs whatsoever that any holes ever existed for a shoulder belt attach point.
I did it in my 75, I took a piece of 1"x1/4"×12" flat stock and drilled and tapped a hole about center. Drilled a hole in pillar and cut a slot about an inch under it, being very careful slid the flat stock down the inside of the pillar until it was completely in and then pulled it up with the help of a large cable tie taped to the bottom. It took a few tries but it worked, I think it's pretty solid and the plastic cap covers the slot. Good luck if this makes sense to you.*
Yeah on this '73 the rear glass is wider than the one in your pic ('67-'72 from the looks of the watermark on the image you used), heck there's not enough room for even the hole lol
PS, yessir three lap belts as mentioned previously

Before I put mine in I was pulled over by a rookie for not wearing a seatbelt , I literally had to get out while he looked in the truck for mounting holes, it was quite funny!
