So I’m done with Ecklers. When I ordered my right side corner I was told they were in stock. Today when I checked my order online it said it would ship June 26th. I called them and was then told it would ship July 25th. I was also told there were 22 people with orders in and I was 22nd on the list. I’m pretty sure I clued a couple people here in on these after I ordered mine so I’m not sure how I’m last on the list. I think I’m just going to attempt to make my own. If these corners are anything like the rest of their parts they’re probably junk anyway.

Just called Eklers again after waiting two weeks on my existing order (Made on May 8th) that both corners are on back order. Customer service said, "It should be shipping out in two weeks."

I smell a fish...

Called Eklers........again.....got the same "they should be shipped out to you in two weeks". Of the 50+ people who have ordered, I and another Fridge buddy of mine are among the first group of people who should be getting the first shipment. If and when they eventually get here, I'll let you all know if they are good or poor quality.
Just gotta wait...

I’d be willing to bet that no one is ever going to get cab corners from Ecklers. Every time I call them I get a different bs answer. They have no idea what’s going on. I’ve asked them twice now if they could at least stop showing them as IN STOCK on their website. And they’re still showing as IN STOCK.

My last conversation with the clowns at Eckler's was around the third week in May. I was told they would have a definitive answer by the 15th of June. They refused to tell me when the last order for these items was actually shipped. As of today, I haven't even bothered to call them back.

As soon as they are available again, I suspect all of the normal retailers will have them for sale. I will seriously consider buying a set from anybody but Eckler's. They have handled this situation poorly.

Just called Eklers.........AGAIN!
Now customer service is telling me that all orders are on back order and no other information is available. No ETA or anything. I'm about to cancel my order.

My order status said my corner should ship on June 26th. On June 26th that date was changed to July 11th. AND, they show them as IN STOCK! How do these guys stay in business doing things this way?

Just curious, what date did you place your order? Mine was May 8th.

I called Ecklers again today. Now I'm just curious as to what the BS answer will be today. The lady that took my call said she could not answer my questions and knew nothing (I actually believe that part). When I asked to speak to someone that did know something I was put on hold for close to 20 minutes and then finally just got hung up on. I'm to the point that not only will I never do business with Ecklers again, I'm also going to make sure many other people don't either.

I received an apology from Ecklers today and a $20 gift certificate. That’ll come in handy since I’ll never order from them again. They said they have been shipping some cab corners but only receive 2 or 3 from the manufacturer at a time. They must have some backwoods blacksmith producing them. I was also assured that they would stop showing them IN STOCK. Of course they’re still showing as IN STOCK.
