420 code, then 171+174 then nothing

420 code, then 171+174 then nothing
since i got the truck earlier this year, it's had the 420 code indicating the Catalytic converter wasn't doing much. the other day, i check the codes and i get 171 + 174 as well. I believe they indicate it was running lean. Then, all of the sudden, check engine light goes away and no codes are reported.
any chance something cleaned up in the exhaust or sensors?

Engines are easier to diagnose over the internet when all the codes are listed, and in order of test;
KOEO - (O) Self-Test Codes =
KOEO - (C) Continuous Codes =
KOER - (R) Self-Test Codes =
KOEO - (O) Self-Test Codes =
