Need help identifying wire

So I did an engine swap on my 1986 ford f 250 with a new 460. Oem engine swap. Theres two switches or aka sensors on front of the intake manifold. What are those sensors and what color wires go to them? Second question on the back of the engine theres the oil pressure switch i have two red wires hooked up to it but on that same harness theres this white wire with a red line. Does thst wire hook up on top of the oil pressure switch?

The factory used red/white for the water temperature and white/red for the oil pressure.

That black & white wire I suspect is intended for the factory choke heater, and somebody attached it to one of those senders they screwed into a hole originally used by a temperature-actuated vacuum valve (VCV).

Choke heater refering to the carberator? I have a 675 cfm aftermarket carb so i dont need that correct? The oil pressure is in the back od engine correct? So I have the red wire with white line on the water temperature sensor and in the right place correct? The white wire with red line onnects on top of oil pressure switch in back of engine on the copper threaded nipple? Go in detail aboit that vaccum vcv,

Do you have a meter or testlight? You should get one or the other. Take your meter or testlight, and with the key in run, probe the suspect red/white and white/red wires. You should get a blinking voltage on them if they are the correct wires.

If you get a blinking voltage, get someone to watch the dash gauges with the key in run, engine off, and take one of your verified wires and ground it to the engine block. Tell them to watch the guages and see which one moves. If it happens to be the oil pressure gauge then you are correct, that slips on the stud in the center of that large metal can in the picture above. The other wire should be the temp sensor wire, if you ground it with the key on, the temp gauge should start moving. It slips on the temp sensor.

If the black & white wire originally went to the choke cap, the other end would be at the alternator, Stator terminal I believe.

Yes, the port for the oil pressure sending unit is at the top back of the engine near the bell housing.

That device in your hand, the red wires are the circuit that removes power from the fuel pump when the engine isn't running, the thought being to not feed a fire after a crash.

VCVs control vacuum to devices depending on coolant temperature, IIRC they have standard pipe threads and look similar to this (color & number of ports are variable):
