When connected via bluetooth and I receive a phone call, I can't talk to or hear the person. I need to take it off bluetooth. But when I call someone it works perfect. Anyone else experience this?
when connected to USB just for charging only, not using any USB features like media or android auto, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting the device. It will also stop charging so I'll have to change USB slots. Phone is up to date galaxy S7. Any thoughts on this one?
Regarding your first issue, I have not experienced that. But it may call for a full sync system reset in order to try to pair again via Bluetooth and resolve the issue. The procedure to do a sync reset is in your owner's manual.
Regarding the second issue, anytime I have experienced what you describe it is almost always been due to a bad USB cable. Change your cable out for a fresh one and see if the problem doesn't go away.
While on a call turn the stereo volume **** to the desired level. But I would have expected incoming calls to use the same volume level as outgoing. So that's strange. So are the rest of your problems. I have a Galaxy S6 without any issues. FordPass rarely ever worked for me and a master reset got it to work. Maybe jaxf250's suggestion on a master reset is the solution. A new USB cable may be something to try.
