Updating the sync system
I'm trying to get the updates downloadedon the sync system but it just sits there at about 10%. Really dont want to have to take it to the dealer just for that. I've tried it from the start several times. Any ideas?

What version of SYNC is your system currently running and are you updating via USB?

What file system is used on the USB drive? Plug it into your Windows computer, open Windows Explorer, right mouse click on the device, select Properties. It will be listed next to "File system:". It needs to be "exFat". If you have a Mac, then you're on your own. There are a few threads here that may help in that case.
