LED Turn Signals
Having a problem from keeping the led signals from surging when the vehicle is on, when the vehicle is off they are fine until it is turned on and they kinda have a blink to them (Surge). I have installed the resistors and still no luck! Anybody had this problem?

Is it just your LED turn signals? If the are cheap lights, they may have a chip problem.
I would put the stock bulbs back in, verify there is no issue, then try another LED manufactures lights.
The other possibility is you have a load on the turn signal circuit that’s causing it. But you should see it with the OEM lights also.
