Armored six-door Excursion

OK, I realize that this beast's prime directive is being bulletproof, but given the tastes of Middle Eastern royalty, I'd expect the interior to be a little more opulent? Check out more pics and details here.

I hate how replacing head studs got nicknamed bulletproof, so now you can't search for an excursion that is actually bullet proof.

A long 13 years ago that was pretty opulent. I notice the front seats are also bolstered for the rear passengers.

What really impresses me about this stretch version is the use of excursion-sized center doors instead of Pickup-sized center doors. They aren't excursion doors though, with the vertical C-pillar line. Most likely these are bespoke pieces.

Well, part of that is that you haven't seen the 3rd row seats.

Then there's the luxury stuff. Obviously, this Excursion has six doors to carry more people, but it also boasts power folding TV screens, reclining and massaging seats "all around," folding tray tables, and a refrigerator mounted in front.
Despite the 3rd set of doors, it actually only seats 7.

.
That's a pretty interesting observation... I guess they are bespoke!

All that and little nemo mirrors. I like the second alternator. But I am curious as to what is in place of the passenger air bag, and the giant center console(looks like a HMMV size console).

given that the passenger seat would have a member of the security detail and there is a push button lock on the roll up door I would guess it stores weapons or ammo.

Center console is certainly housing comms gear since we can see at least 2 handsets, but id imagine it also houses a scanner and some imsatt stuff as well. also likely to have locked weapons/ammo storage. I’d think they would have a minimum of smoke grenades and a healthy supply of handgun ammo. Possible they would carry gas masks as well.
