May be a long shot but sounds similar to a problem I had a few years back. I had a similar problem where I let the truck warm up and when I came outside it had died. Restarted and it was fine. Went to the bottom of the hill and it died again and wouldn't restart. Got it started and dropped it at a dealership and they said there were no codes and it was running fine. Did the same thing a few months later and went through the same process and they couldn't find anything wrong because there were no codes.

I did more digging and found the problem was the wiring harness harness on the drivers side had a wire or two that were rubbing on the valve cover and those wires had rubbed the insulation off and were grounding out. you can tell if this is the problem by disconnecting the harness from the plug on the drivers side above the valve cover and looking underneath. if you see shiny metal on the valve cover where it comes over and/or you see chaffed wires on the harness you probably found the problem. All I did was wrap the wires in electrical tape and and then the harness and the issue has never come back going on thee years now.

New sensor in and when putting plug on it noticed one wire chaffed and the other with a small burn mark.
​​​​​Taped them up for now and will order a new plug to solder in.
However truck didn't want to start but after a bit of cranking it slowly came to life however has almost no throttle response.
Ran torque app and ICP doesn't move much off 500 and IPR % stays 64. Looks like RPM's are increasing by FIPW rising.
Turned it off and restarted again with a lot of cranking finally started as IPR slowly rose from 14% to 64%.
​​​​​​Doubting this is normal... How long does it take to get air out of IPR? Afraid to drive it anywhere!
Obviously a new plug is needed, but it did run before...

Edit - I did prefill HPOP before starting

 

Change the plug/pigtail on the IPR.

I chased a no start condition for a while after changing injectors on mine.
The insulation on the IPR wires was brittle and had crumbled off inside the wire loom.
ECM had no control of the IPR because the wires were touching.

Worth a shot and relatively cheap.
IIRC, it was around $18 at Napa for the pigtail.

 

Soldered in new pigtail but same result. Ended up putting old IPR back in with the solenoid off new IPR.
Running now and fingers crossed that the pigtail or solenoid was the cause of the stall/no start...
IPR was 14.8% at start/idle and ICP 425
Short blast around block saw high of 50.8% and 2631 ICP

 

Was the IPR an aftermarket replacement or Ford product?

I had the same issue as you originally did and traced it down to it had to be the IPR. I have a friend that had bad luck with part store IPR's so I ordered a Motorcraft one off of amazon.

I had a hard start to get the air out of the lines, I also refilled the HPOP. I have not had any issues since then, from what I was reading the solenoid is the part that goes bad on these.

Just my experiences for what they are worth.
