2001 Excursion 7.3 Codes

2001 Excursion 7.3 Codes
2001 Ford Excursion 7.3 codes just thrown...
I was on a 600 mile round trip this weekend and in the middle of it I got a Service Engine Soon light as soon as we are coming off the interstate and into the lunch stop. I checked the codes on my Edge Insight gauge and I got 3 codes
P1249- Wastegate
P0603- PCM Keep Alive Memory
P1211- IPC sensor?- I believe
Well, I was still about 200 miles away from home, I decided to clear the codes and see what happens. Cleared the codes and made it all the way home and light never came back on.
Should I be worried about them coming back on? What do I need to replace? I would rather replace sensors and such, so this doesn't happen again.
Truck is bone stock- No chip or anything.I recently disconnected the batteries when I replaced the steering box
