A9 Nav card update

A9 Nav card update
Ok guys I got an A9 card for my Nav, upgraded from A6, but when I punch in an address to navigate to the screen stays white and when I hit set as destination it gives me a route failed to load message.
am I going to have to have Ford update sync or is there something else wrong? I thought it was a plug and play.

It is plug and play. Not sure what you are saying about a white screen. Does it show the maps as you drive? Is this only when trying to enter a destination? Have you gone to Ford owner site to see if Sync update is available? In your settings, what version of Sync do you have? It doesn't really sound like a sync problem.

Well I went out to try and punch in an address again to see if it was still giving me the error and it wasnt. Noticed it was a little more laggy than the A6 card but it might just be because it's still loading the maps. Who knows

Yeah I got mine off Ebay for $53. There are a bunch that are on auction. Find one that's within a few minutes of being over and wait to place your bid until there is like 15 seconds left. You should win it.
