Single or double steering stabilizer?

I've looked all over and seems to be no best answer, so, I have wandering issue on 00' 4*4 250, looking at stabilizers, now I want real world advice on single or double? Running stock tires and wheels. I'd prefer a single, any suggestions?

I just replaced my original steering stabilizer (‘06 F350 DRW, stock wheels w/Michelin LTX M/S2 tires) with a single Bilstein unit. Since my truck was meticulously maintained by its original owner, I didn’t feel any drastic steering improvement, only because the truck drove almost as new.

I don’t see how a double steering damper would have any benefit, unless the truck had some worn steering or suspension parts that a double damper setup was trying to mask.

My truck didn't come with one, after some additional research it looks like the double stabilizer application is more for 35-37" tires lift kits. My truck is pretty much stock, new drag link, everything looks/feels tight.
A single would work for me.
Now I think I have to make a decision on the brand, I would imagine anything is better than nothing.

Double stabilizer is for that "cool look" factor, also a dual stabilizer will have more resistance at the steering wheel and you will feel it while turning. On my 2004 I hated the dual setup, felt like I was turning a bulldozer by hand while backing up my trailer or turning into parking spots. Went back to a single and used the stabilizer from the dual kit (now I have an extra in the garage for when this one goes bad) and my steering is back to normal. Like I said it's for looks and other than that its useless and a quality single unit is all you'll ever need...even with larger tires

A single would be fine for your application. I replaced my OEM junk with a Bilstein and it made a world of difference.
