Help

Hello I just bought my dads 78 f150 3 on the tree inline 6 and was wondering if a 302 is to much for the transmission

No, it's not going to be too much for that trans. 3 speeds are a good trans...if you like them.

Not a lot. Motor mounts are the same. Bell housing is the same. Just need a "Y" pipe for the exhaust (or go with duals). And welcome to FTE! Lets see some pics of the truck!

I found out it's a 79 with 78 lights lol but have you done this

Like the truck. It has the narrow dent trim like my Magnus.

Thank you I'm thinking the same thing but seems to be much work for nothing really. has a good i6 in it just going to keep in it and focus on the body work that needs done
