Hi everyone i am new here and i need help i have a 1996 f250 7.5 and my problem is it dies out when i am driving but most of the time its when i have half a tank or more but if i disconnect the battery for 10minutes it fires back up i need help it makes me late for work
Yes it has 2 tanks it has a new pump in the front tank i dont use the back tank cause it leaks i changed the ignition control module plugs wires cap rotor
Well the black ICM very seldom goes bad not sure why you would change that. If you installed a gray ICM or a non Motorcraft ICM then put the black ICM back in that you took out.
Changing the plugs, plug wires, Distributor Cap and Rotor are OK if bad but would not help with your problem.
Other than that what I posted above in post #2 still applies.
