I would try and verify at the plug that you are getting what it says its putting out.
Will try that

I did years ago and was told that is how it is supposed to work. The explanation was something like this."My truck was not slowing fast enough to apply more trailer brake." I do turn it down for the 7k carhauler when it is empty but other than that it is on max.

I will test this out again when I bring the camper home after this weekend. I can also try adjusting how it is mounted it is pretty straight but may not be perfect.

Integrated Brake Controller/Outfitter Switches 1999-2002

I have a 2001 f-350 that already had the outfitter switches and factory digital brake controller installed. I would like to do this with my 2002 f-250 as well. What wiring would they have done to make this work? The brake controller and outfitter switches are plugged directly into wiring harnesses and not hacked up…. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a fomoco brake controller and outfitter switches to start. Thanks in advance from North of the boarder.
