Looking for a little up to date advice as I've already done search and been reading.
I've got a 2016 SD, Platinum and I put a custom set of wheels on and went with 35" Toyo RT's. So now, I'm looking at maybe doing a lift????? I currently have the "snow plow" prep package which I have been told raises the front a little and I have not had issues with the 35"s rubbing. I'm not a "off road" guy but I would like a little more clearance and off course make it look a little better.
Started looking at the Rough Country 3' lift and I'm wondering what kind of thoughts everyone has on this lift? One of my concerns is that I DO NOT want to end up with the front end sitting higher !!
So please chime in and let me know your thoughts!!! and of course......Thanks !!!
I've always liked the look of 35's and because i've heard nothing but good things about Carli. I was thinking of going with their 2.5" suspension lift with my 15' Platty which has the same set up (snow prep). I've have never heard anything but positive feedback about it. From what i read the rough country lift will get it done. But the ride quality will never be as good as the Carli. But that was before you mentioned that could fit 35's on a stock suspension with after market wheels. So can you please tell me what size and offset are you using with the RT 35's??? I would like to try it first before i go with the Carli. Thanks..

Fuel Wheels, 20x9 with a +1mm offset.
I have a buddy running 35" tires on his Super Duty and he is running at +10mm offset if I remember correctly.

My truck also came with the plow prep, but since I changed-out the coils it wasnt a factor. I achieved about a 3” lift on my 2016, and have height adjustability side to side and front to back. Here’s how I did it:
2.5” Icon front coils
Carli Radius Arms
OUO Adjustable Coil Levelers
Carli Adjustable Track Arm
PMF 2.5” dropped radius arm mounts (not drop brackets)
Icon 2.5” CDC Adjustable Shocks with reservoirs
Icon 2.5 degree alignment cams
PMF Adjustable Sway Bar End Links
Very happy with the resutls, thought it is certainly a frankenstein setup. Running 295/65/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on OEM 20” wheels.
In the rear I added a 1.5” add a leaf (to help with carrying our Lance camper) and then went with a 1/2” shorter rear block to yield a net 1” rear lift. I used PMF fabricated rear blocks and converted to their 3/4” ubolts at the same time.
I've been looking at those ICON coils. Really contemplating getting a set. I have 2.5" spacers in the front, but i am now thinking that I should have gone with coils to save the ride.
Check out the Zone Off-road 4” radius arm lift. Everything in the kit that you’ll need. I installed their 6” lift on my 2014 F350 and couldn’t be happier. Easy install on a weekend and handles and performs way better than stock.
