I tore out some old lights wiring from my truck and this appears like it was spliced for a circuit but want to be sure before I short something out, it is by the master cylinder/booster and the fuse/relay block on the back firewall drivers side. Please see pic the red/black wires below what was cut looks like both are white or light pink. This is 2 plugs with other wires connected hence the reason I am hesitant to join the 2 together. Thanks!!!
It looks like those are you plugs for the trailer wiring, C105 and C149.

You could be correct as I pulled the electric brake that was disconnected. So are the 2 wires I have showing normally not connected? If it doesnt matter great, but if there is a reason they should be or spliced in somewhere I would like to not have any issues. Thanks
As subford pointed out the wiring I am asking about is the trailer wiring harness plugs. As of this moment see picture I just have 2 cut wires that was wired off the electric drawtight brake controller. If anyone can confirm this should be spliced back together please let me know. Because of right now they are just 2 wires “floating” in the engine bay. I would greatly appreciate it.
