It was 80-85% at work and 1900psi. Is set on a tow tune.
Might want to think about an air test. You should be upwards around 3800 ICP or even more, and at those pressures your IPR would be upper 70's give or take.
Your IPR running that high tells me the PCM is calling for full on oil and not getting it, as seen in those lower ICP readings at WOT.
