No start yes but the stock tune needs to be for the 160s
Thanks Fordman. I'll get it in this weekend and see if there's a difference. When I put in the stage 1s I was amazed at the power increase. I'm anxious to see what the cummins killer tune will do.

Is this what you're talking about and is it a direct bolt in? With the new Hydra and the mods in my sig, what do you think my hp numbers are approaching and at what point do I need to think about head studs? I'm wondering if I should think about an intercooler before anything else and maybe efuel? What do you think?

It is not a bolt in. Look to irate for a kit to install. It alos comes with IC plumbing. Just add the IC. Yea efuel, headstuds too.
I predict smoke and lots of EGTs.... and a very large grin on your face.
Man what a difference!! The grins were large and the smoke was black. Tuning the chip was a snap and install was a breeze once I figured out that the pcm slides out through the firewall and not out from inside the cab. I got the high idle, moderate tow, and cummins killer tunes and these stage 1s really make this old truck haul a$$ now. I can actually break loose those big 'ol duallys in 3rd gear on pavement! Hard to believe something this big and heavy has the acceleration like many sports cars I've driven. I highly recommend this chip to anyone looking for power. Thanks to you all.
