The 2017 manual says 20,000 miles. I just changed mine at 15k.
Gas engine you never change it. Diesel engine you can change at a mileage interval of your choice or wait for the "low fuel pressure" message to come on. I'd do it at 15k miles myself.

Owner's manual indicates every 30K miles for normal driving conditions or every 15K miles for the various 'severe' uses/conditions.

I change all my diesel trucks fuel filters, once a year , in the fall, oct. / nov. Removes all the moisture right before the winter freeze set in. for me that is 6-10 k miles
