2005 alarm issue
About a month ago my escape was parked in my driveway with no one around it and the alarm started going off. It didn't do it again until today. No one near it, no loud noises, etc. Alarm just goes off for no reason. Any ideas on what might be going on or what to check?

Just did a Google search and it appears to be a very common issue with the escape. Looks like there are lots of problems with the hood, door and lift gate latches/sensors not working properly and the car thinks the doors or hood are open and they aren't.
