I loved the videos. Did you dip your tires in the lake? Man it looked close. I would have been afraid of not stopping getting that close.
This lake is pretty shallow in that area with a hard sandy bottom. I could have driven in past the rear wheel and the front would only be 8" deep. 50 yards out is enough to swim without hitting bottom.
The west end of the lake is a different story. Rocky shoreline and 25' deep only 10 yards from shore.
