THANKS A TON, for all the help. These pictures and instructions helped put my mind to ease a bit. I have both a mechanical and electronics background, so this should be a snap. I have had the stock E-350 cluster out a couple of times, so that part is simple. I was just really unsure of what wires to move from my harness so the new cluster will work, and without smoking something. It sounds like Eddiec1564 and you are quite versed in these swaps. Will hopefully get some time this weekend to dive in. Will post when I get done.
Thanks again.
Hi guys, I'm back. I attempted my swap this past weekend with limited results. I got my PSOM swapped over and the cluster ready to go. (subford, I appreciate the hint to swap the PSOM's into the guage face. My E-350 has a "gridded" look and the tach face is smooth). That was the easy part. The “No Tach pin-out" in your very thorough .pdf was spot on for my ‘95 E-350. However, when using your “New Cluster w/tach pinout” in the .pdf, I had very limited success. So, I went back to the beginning of your document and see that you had a ‘93 E-150 and was installing a ’92 or ’93 cluster with a tach. It dawned on me that I had read in other posts that those years are different from ’95. I then turned my attention to the separate pin-out you posted prior to the one with the .pdf. In matching up the wire numbers, colors and circuit function, I came up with 3 questions;
1) On my E-350 I have 1 608 (BK/Y) Air Bag Indicator. The 1995 F-series actually calls out 2 398 (BK/Y) Tachometer Ground (for 8 Cyl) and the above mentioned 608 (BK/Y) Air Bag Indicator. Can I use any ground (57 (BK) Ground) for the tach ground?
2) The 1995 F-series Gray #1 calls out 875 (BK/LB) Unique Ground to Gauges. My E-350 doesn’t have one of these. However, it does have 397 (BK/W) Voltmeter Ground in Brown/Black #14 and 570 (BK/W) Fuel Injection System Ground in Brown/Black #12, which neither are called out in the 1995 F-series. Is one of these the one I use in #1?
3) The 1995 F-series Gray calls out the same 875 (BK/LB) Unique Ground to Gauges in both #1 & #9. Do I jump whatever goes into #1 to #9, or can I retain the ground that is already in #9 on my E-350 (570 (BK) Ground)?
I truly appreciate any and all help you guys are giving me. I had to attach my marked up 1995 F-series pin out as I couldn't figure out how to embed it in this message

I do not see why not.

that is a fuel gauge ground and not a Fuel Injector ground.

Thank you, subford,
hopefully I will get some time to dive into this again this weekend. I think I'm starting to see the light a bit brighter now that I have some actual diagrams to look at. I will keep you posted.
