I just got back from my Myrtle Beach trip towing our fifth wheel 1400 miles round trip. I have to say that my 2018 F350 was an absolute pleasure to drive. My towing experience with this truck compared to my 2008 F350 is a much nicer towing experience.
Yesterday I noticed the right rear leaf spring appears to have shifted and was wondering if anyone has seen this before.
Others will give you a better answer but It may be normal. Both of mine do that. One a little more than the other. I went to the dealer to compare to the trucks on the lot and they appear to be similar. One side of mine sticks out a bit more. I changed my block when I lifted it so that may have affected it. When I go in for first oil change I will have them look at it.
It doesn't look like things have shifted all that much. If it was my truck or a customers truck I would knock it back with a hammer and re torque the Ubolts.
It's fairly normal. Your other leaf springs have retainers on them to keep them from doing this. The overload will move some, but the U-bolts will keep it from getting too far out of whack. Smack it back in place with a hammer if it bothers you.
