I've started a build thread for all my other trucks, guess it's about time to start one for this new truck. Picked it up a couple months ago and have started making it my own. It's a 2018 XLT with the 2.7 ecoboost with 3.55 E-locker rear. I'm seeing around 21.5mpg from the dash readout. Haven't gotten around to hand calculating to find out how close mine is. So far I took off the lower front air valance, got a spray in liner, and tinted the windows. This weekend I ordered up a tonneau cover and leveling kit, as well as the Ford boxlink brackets. Here's a couple pictures of the truck to this point.
Completely stock, first day home.
My 4 year old took off all but one bolt for the valance.
Update without the valance.
Bed liner installed. Rhino liner.
Tint installed. Added 3m color stable cr35 to front and rear door windows. I did cr20 on my last truck and it was a little dark at night, especially for the terrible backup lights on the previous generation trucks. I'm on the fence on whether I like the cr35. It's not quite as dark on the front as I was hoping. Looks better overall though. No problems with seeing at night, and that's still with the haze on the windows from new install.
The tinted windows may be illegal but nobody really minds. Now, if that was on an old Cadillac with gold rims, that would get a cop's attention. Not on luxury cars.
I went with the Eibach leveling kit with new coil spring and rear blocks. I wanted the bilstein kit, but they are backordered quite a ways.
As far as more mods, we'll see. Maybe I'll go to a four inch lift after the warranty is up. My dealership said they wouldn't flag my truck if I just leveled it.

That’s cool your dealership didn’t have an issue with the level. Mine did and I ended up switching dealers.
Please report back how the truck handles and if MPGs are noticeably affected by removing the front air dam.
Well for starters, I don't like the three tabs hanging down and this truck may or may not go back to the dealer after a couple years, so I don't want to cut the tabs off as a permanent modification. Also, I'm sure I'll get some kind of benefit from it, even if it's just keeping some road grime from getting up inside some stuff.
Got the tonneau cover on today. I like the fit for the most part, though it seems like it could have used some more stitching particularly in the corners so that it would lay a little more flat, but I'm nitpicking. It looks good overall. It's the truxedo pro x-15
