I recently purchased a 2014 F350 XLT 6.2 truck. I found the factory keypad code in the fuse compartment. The code is not working. What do I need to look for? Is this feature fused? Is there a feature setup in the menu? I have autolock and unlock set to on? Thanks.
do you have two keys that start the truck and neither is duplicate of the other? If so, you can turn first to on, do not start, turn off, turn second key to on, do not start. Once the messages disappear, if will show the keypad code. Try it, If not, check your owner's manual for the fuse and how to use the key pad.

I have just the one starting key, I need to get another. The only reference to the keypad fuse in the owners manual is for illumination of the pad. I checked it (number 18, 10a) and it is intact.
Does the keypad light up when you press a button on it and can you confirm that it is the factory keypad and not the stick on dealer installed option. It sounds like the factory one but just would like to confirm. Do the doors lock when you press and hold 7-8 and 9-0 buttons at the same time, if you only have one key make sure it’s not in the truck when you try this so you don’t lock your self out. I have the whole list of possible codes if you decide to go the trail and error route.

The keypad does not appear to be lighting up, but it's difficult to determine in the bright sunshine. The doors do not lock when holding 7-8 and 9-0.
You need to have your truck's BCM scanned for DTCs (assuming your truck is equipped with the factory OEM keyless entry option). If pressing 7/8 and 9/0 buttons simultaneously doesn't lock the doors, I'd be leaning towards a faulty keypad by the sounds of things. But before condemning the keypad, further diagnosis is definitely warranted.
The door panel is very simple to remove. Just follow what Just Strokin' posted and you will be fine. Once all the attaching hardware has been removed just grab the panel by the handle and lift upwards. It is held onto/into the door frame by plastic hooks. Those same hooks will have to go back into their respective holes when you re-install the door panel and they can be a bit of a pain to get all of them lined up and seated properly.

I have a 2015 and was wondering if the fuse compartment is where I can find the code? I've had the truck since new and the manual says the code is located on a card in the glove box but thats not there and never was.
